KUSAB LTD aims to promote equality and diversity in all aspects of our work and this includes working with our clients. All our staff are required to read, understand and apply all elements of this equality and diversity policy and MUST ensure it remains a golden thread throughout everything we do.

All the materials we use on any of our training courses are thoroughly assessed to ensure the content, language or any references are compliant with the ethos of the equality and diversity policy. This material is regularly reviewed by the training coordinator and when necessary, changes are made.

Course delivery

All KUSAB LTD trainers or associate trainers will ensure that they promote and adhere to the equality and diversity ethos in all aspects of training delivery. Prior to the commencement of any course the trainer/s will outline the expected standards of behaviour to all delegates and monitor compliance throughout. The trainers will challenge evidence of poor behaviour and failure to comply with the policy and record details in the course file. The trainers will use the internal reporting system to ensure that the client is made aware of any breaches of the behaviour standard and any action that was taken. The client will then be encouraged to use their own policies and procedures to deal with those involved.
