Serving as a Police Officer in Greater Manchester for over 20 years, earning awards for his professionalism and bravery. Simon worked in various roles, notably in the Tactical Aid Unit, handling high-profile events, and criminal gangs, and providing security for VIP visits including the G8 summit. Later, he became a trainer in the Specialist Operational Training Department, specialising in public order, personal safety, and counter-terrorism offender management. He also worked internationally, extraditing high-risk prisoners back to the UK.

After leaving the force in 2017, Simon founded KUSAB Training and Consultancy Ltd, offering command training, personal safety training, and training development programmes globally. He is also a licensed trauma and first aid trainer. Currently pursuing an MSc in Counter-Terrorism, Simon’s passion for continued learning is clearly evident.

Sarah served as a Police Officer in Greater Manchester for over 15 years, starting in a bustling inner city area. She excelled in investigative work and received commendations for her exceptional investigations in victim support.

Transitioning to the humanitarian aid sector, Sarah now focuses on safeguarding, human trafficking, modern slavery, and county lines. She has worked globally in places like Algeria, Lebanon, and Angola.

Currently pursuing an MSc in International Safeguarding at the University of Central Lancashire she specialises in human trafficking and online sexual exploitation. With a passion for training, Sarah strives to share her knowledge to improve lives worldwide
